The second batch of winners in the Pepsi 'Wanted Stars' Promotion have received their prizes at a short ceremony held at the Ghana International Press Centre. Each of the five winners, including a 10-year old pupil of Getrude Memorial Basic School at Mamprobi, Ms. Katrice Tetteh, received a cheque of ¢10 million from Pepsi Ghana.

The other winners are Charity Ankuyi, John Nii Lartey Mensah, Ewurama Afriyie and Kafui Fiadonu, a student from Madina.

Mr. Andrew Kumi, Marketing Officer in charge of Adverts & Promotions, Pepsi, urged the public to patronise Pepsi products and find themselves among the lucky winners. He disclosed the total amount expected to be won as ¢1.1 billion, "besides a lot of free drinks".

The Pepsi 'wanted stars' include two local football stars, Stephen Appiah and Michael Essien. The others are Thierry Henry, David Beckham and Ronaldinho of Brazil.
