Some young boys in Osu have talked about an elderly white man, about 50 years, short with grey hair and big nose and Bolga style trousers, who offers them money if he can touch their genitals and private parts. They call him Uncle Tony who is in the "Obroni prison".

Someone followed him and saw it was the a foreign mission, with Ghanaian guards! He showed a security pass and was let in. Other older boys call him Mr. Anthony.

Please investigate; we imprisoned a Ghanaian school teacher for 15 years for impregnating a 14-year schoolgirl in his class. We do not want foreigners raping or taking advantage of our young boys.

It is unfortunate that they live and beg on our streets in Osu but to be taken advantage of is not what our children deserve. Do something before he uses his powers to corrupt our young. Kwami Boateng Osu
