Why did the wahala man lose his voice?
after admitting that there is no abuse of office in the Kufuor Administration

A leading member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC)-led Committee for Joint Action (CJA), organizers of the Wahala demonstrations, Alhaji Ahmed Ramadan fumbled on a radio talk-show programme in Kumasi when he was asked whether their 73-page publication titled "Wahala" was not full of lies about President Kufuor's government.
He was stunned by the question and was silent for close to two minutes unable to answer the question. The Wahala man's problems started when during the KESS Radio Morning Programme, he admitted that there is nothing like abuse of office in the Kufuor administration.
The reason for his appearance on the radio programme was the launching of the CJA's publication on "corruption", "petroleum product price hikes" and "transparency in government".
It was when the host of the programme asked him whether in the light of his admission that there is no abuse of office in the current administration, and for which the contents of the publication are false, that he stood still for close to two minutes for want of what to say.
About 27 callers called to lambaste the People's National Congress (PNC)-man whose association with the NDC has lost him a lot of standing within his own party and other non-NDC parties. Why was Alhaji Ramadan tongue tied on such a crucial issue?
